Marketing Strategies and Campaigns
Blue Sport Stable Case Competition
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Last semester, my team and I participated in a case competition through the CU Leeds School of Business, where I served as our team's coordinator. Our objective was to develop innovative marketing solutions for a real-life Colorado business—Blue Sport Stable, a multi-sport facility located just 20 minutes south of CU.

Through in-depth research and strategic planning, our team designed a comprehensive marketing campaign aimed at increasing customer engagement and driving revenue growth. We focused on targeted campaigns and data-driven strategies to attract new customers while enhancing the overall brand presence of Blue Sport Stable.

The slide deck outlines our step-by-step approach, from analyzing the business challenge to crafting a creative and effective marketing solution.
Ultimately, we presented our findings and recommendations to both our class and a panel of Blue Sport Stable executives, where our ideas were evaluated for their feasibility and impact.

This project showcases my ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, collaborate within a team, and present data-driven solutions to real-world business challenges.

Marketing Materials Creation
Justin's
Event Flyer Example
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
I have experience creating impactful marketing materials that effectively communicate key messages and engage target audiences.
One example is a strategic product recommendation presentation developed for Justin’s nuts butters where I helped conceptualize and design a full business pitch proposing the launch of nut-based chips as part of a business strategy class.
The presentation included in-depth market research, brand alignment strategy, and financial projections, all communicated through a visually engaging and professional slideshow. It demonstrated my ability to distill complex business insights into clear, persuasive messaging.
Additionally, I created a promotional flyer for a B’Not Mitzvah celebration, which highlights my ability to design creative, visually appealing collateral tailored to a specific event and audience.
Both projects reflect my strength in crafting strategic content with aesthetic appeal, blending creativity with clarity to drive engagement and action.

Product Launches &
Promotional Activities
Noodles Product Launch
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
I supported the launch of a new menu item for Noodles & Company as part of a team project focused on innovation and growth. Our task included developing the concept, analyzing its financial impact, and preparing for product launch.

I contributed to pricing strategy, cost analysis, and inventory planning to ensure profitability and minimal disruption to kitchen workflows. Our projections showed strong financial potential, even after accounting for possible cannibalization of existing items.

To support the rollout, I helped create promotional materials and align messaging with the brand’s identity.
The project required strong coordination and time management to meet deadlines and deliver a cohesive, data-backed proposal.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Dispatch Health
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
For my DispatchHealth project, I worked with a team of students from marketing, finance, accounting, real estate, and other fields to analyze the financial performance of various healthcare organizations. We focused on key metrics like profitability and reimbursement structures across Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.
After comparing financial and operational data, we identified the two best-aligned organizations for DispatchHealth’s expansion strategy.
Our recommendation balanced financial viability with strategic fit, ensuring both profitability and mission alignment.

Throughout the project, we followed workflow processes to meet compliance, legal, and brand standards. This experience strengthened my ability to collaborate across disciplines, think strategically, and contribute to a data-driven recommendation.

Event Coordination
Fun and Confetti
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
I’ve helped coordinate a range of corporate, fundraising, family, and community events throughout the Bay Area, including an EY interns event (Instagram) where I supported setup. In all the events that I have had a big part in managing, I managed details like check-in, set up and break down, vendor coordination, and timeline execution to keep everything on track.
One of the biggest events I helped lead was a large-scale engagement party, where I organized vendors, managed and helped with setup, and made sure every detail aligned with the couple’s vision. After the event, I wrote a blog post capturing the highlights and design inspiration to showcase the event’s success and expand its reach. You can view the post here.

The founder and owner gave me the opportunity to support back office tasks, such as managing inventory and tracking revenue, profit, and expenses for specific events to ensure the business stayed on track financially.

These experiences sharpened my organizational and creative skills, and taught me how to manage complex logistics while maintaining a clear focus and delivering a standout guest experience.
